Spanning decades, “businesses via float” have sprung up over, on and across lake waters.

On the lake for the third consecutive year is “Scooped.” In 2012 and 2013, this business was known as Country Loft Ice Cream, and has been navigating across waters and pulling up to other boats and docks providing food and beverage treats to visitors, vacationers and residents.
