Wastewater Billing Automatic Withdrawal Debit Form
The City of East Gull Lake offers the ability to have your wastewater billing withdrawn from your bank account automatically.
We bill quarterly, in arrears. If you sign up for this service, each quarter's bill will be scheduled to come out of your account the last business day of the month following the quarter. (For example: January - March billing is run the first week in April comes out the last business day in April. Sign up for the quarter billing must be completed before billing is run.)
You will still receive your statement at the beginning of the month, which will state "AUTOMATIC PAYMENT DO NOT PAY".
Fill out the available form online below, print, sign and send, along with a check (either voided or payment for current billing) to take advantage of this service. (If you are sending via email, a scan of a check is acceptable)
